We are so excited to welcome each of you in person to our campus! It will be great to see you all at the orientation for Spring 2026.
The upcoming orientation for new Spring Semester students will take place on January 13th at 10:15 AM, with check-in beginning at 9:30 AM. All new first-year students must participate in New Student Orientation to register for classes. During this orientation, you will meet with students, faculty, and staff, connect with your peers, become familiar with campus resources, and register for your first semester classes.
For those unable to attend in person, an online orientation will be held on January 15, 2026; please pay close attention to your email for the link and details to attend the virtual session.

Student ID Card Information
All Bay Atlantic University students are required to obtain a university-issued Student ID card.
Photo Process:
Your Student ID photo will be taken in The Bay (1st Floor, Student Union) after you complete your mandatory training. You may forward a passport or visa style photo ahead of orientation for early processing.

If you are currently outside the United States and unable to attend training in person, please email a copy of your travel itinerary (plane or train ticket) to [email protected] so we can make alternative arrangements.
ID Pickup:
Once your profile has been updated, you may pick up your Student ID from The Bay beginning TBD.
