All Bay Atlantic University students receive a BAU student email account. Use your BAU student email address and password to access Microsoft 365 services with one login.
BAU MICROSOFT 365 APPS LOGIN
Microsoft 365 Applications
Your BAU student account provides access to Microsoft applications and services, including:
- Outlook – University email and calendar
- Microsoft Teams – Online classes, meetings, chat, and collaboration
- Word – Create and edit documents
- Excel – Create spreadsheets and analyze data
- PowerPoint – Create presentations
- OneDrive – Store, access, and share files online
- OneNote – Take and organize digital notes
- Microsoft Access – Create and manage databases on supported Windows computers
Microsoft Access is available only on Windows and is not available as a desktop application for macOS.
Your BAU Student Email
Your student email address normally follows this format:[email protected]Use your complete BAU student email address when signing in. Your account information will be provided by the university after your student account is created.
Install Microsoft 365 Applications
After signing in at Microsoft365.com, select Install apps to download the Microsoft 365 applications available under your BAU account.Application availability may depend on your device, operating system, and assigned Microsoft license.
Access Microsoft 365 on Mobile Devices
Students can access BAU email and Microsoft services on a mobile phone or tablet by downloading:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Microsoft OneDrive
These applications are available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Account Security
Never share your BAU password with anyone. BAU IT will never ask you to provide your password by email.Be cautious of unexpected messages containing links, attachments, payment requests, job offers, or requests for personal information. Report suspicious messages to the BAU IT Department.
