BAU Discovery Month Opens a Window to the World of Opportunities Available at Bay Atlantic University

As Bay Atlantic University says goodbye to March and hello to April, BAU Discovery Month has wrapped up as well. Over the course of 4 weeks in March, Bay Atlantic University welcomed guests from both inside and outside the BAU community to join us on campus and learn more about what the university has to offer. Let’s take this opportunity to look back at some of the highlights!

• BAU Open House – BAU Discovery Month got off to a great start with one of the biggest events of the year, the BAU Open House. Hundreds of prospective students had the opportunity to meet with Bay Atlantic University’s Academic Team, DSOs, Student Services Team, Finance Team, and Admissions Team, all of whom will play an important role in their educational journeys.
• BAU Application Workshop – In this special event courtesy of BAU’s admissions team, prospective students could receive personalized assistance with their application to Bay Atlantic University. As an added bonus, students were invited to share a special breakfast with the Admissions Team!
• Financial Workshop – Bay Atlantic University has always been committed to being affordable and providing access to quality education to everyone, regardless of background or financial standing. Thanks to the Finance Team, prospective students had the opportunity to learn about BAU’s numerous scholarships, financial aid opportunities, and other options available to help students afford their education.
• 8^th International GR Forum – The Global Policy Institute took center stage on March 14, with dozens of well-regarded experts in the field of Public Policy converging upon Bay Atlantic University to share their expertise and engage in important discussions. BAU, Mentora College, and prospective students were all able to attend this unique event free of charge! • BAUTalks Inaugural Event – BAU Discovery Month was also the backdrop to the first in a brand-new series, BAUTalks. • Experience A BAU Class – For two weeks at the end of BAU Discovery Month, classrooms were opened and prospective students from all backgrounds were given the chance to see what Bay Atlantic University’s professors and classes are like firsthand! This opportunity, the first of its kind at BAU, invited guests to campus to join in classes including Introduction to Politics and Political Science, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, and Big Data and Analytics.
