The spring 2023 OSSE Dual Enrollment Consortium Program application is NOW OPEN for all DC Public and Public Charter school students and closes Oct. 14, 2022.
DC Public Schools (DCPS) High School students and Adult Charter Schools students have the opportunity to participate in dual enrollment program for free of charge. Through Dual Enrollment, students can take college courses that are not offered at their school, while earning college credit that can be transferred to many postsecondary institutions. Tuition is waived for DCPS students who participate the dual enrollment program.
Bay Atlantic University is offering eligible students the opportunity to take courses as a partner of the DC Dual Enrollment Program.

Who is eligible for the DC Dual Enrollment Consortium Program?

Spring 2023 (application is open NOW):

  • Students must be enrolled in an eligible District of Columbia public or public charter school and pursuing a secondary credential such as a high school diploma or GED.
  • Students must be 12th graders with at least a 2.5 GPA.
  • Adult students seeking a GED must score a 145 or higher on two GED Ready tests, one of which must be English Language Arts.
