In a strategic initiative to foster technological advancement and entrepreneurial growth, Bay Atlantic University (BAU) today announced a dual commitment to the region’s innovation ecosystem. The university will sponsor two of the area’s top technology conferences, DevFest DC and DC Startup Week 2025, and is officially inaugurating two state-of-the-art centers on campus: the Center for Innovation and Global Entrepreneurship (CIGE) and the Cyber Edge Innovation Hub (CEIH).
This high-profile community engagement will see BAU supporting both DC Startup Week, the DMV’s largest startup and tech conference held from October 20-24, 2025, and DevFest DC, a vital community-led software engineering conference.
