Just after sundown on April 4, Bay Atlantic University was honored to host a special Ramadan event for its Muslim students, showcasing the rich cultural tapestry that makes the BAU community so vibrant and inclusive.
Bay Atlantic University’s esteemed President, Dr. Sinem Vatanartiran, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the values of compassion, understanding, and unity that Ramadan embodies. Her heartfelt words underscored BAU’s commitment to fostering an environment where all beliefs are respected and celebrated.
Zeineb B., a student at Bay Atlantic University, felt the peace and beauty of the Adhan after a long day of fasting. Reflecting on the event, she said, “I’m feeling thankful for the lovely iftar hosted by BAU tonight!”
Thank you to everyone who joined us in commemorating this auspicious occasion. Let’s continue to cherish and embrace the diversity that enriches our campus life. Ramadan Mubarak to all those observing!
