As part of our ongoing commitment to student success, we are thrilled to announce that a brand-new resource is coming soon to campus. Get ready to welcome the BAU Writing & Skills Center, launching this month!
Mark your calendars! The official opening day is September 29th.
The new center will be conveniently located in the Brookland classroom on the 3rd Floor, Room 307. This fantastic new resource will be available for all BAU students – whether you’re in a degree or non-degree program. Our wonderful teacher, Thalia Abisai, will be leading the center and is excited to help you achieve your academic goals.
The center will offer a full range of support designed to help you excel. You’ll be able to get one-on-one help with writing skills, editing your assignments, and improving your grammar and vocabulary. Need help with a big project? We’ve got you covered with capstone support, scholarly research guidance, and help with APA/MLA formatting. You can even work on your pronunciation and speaking skills or learn how to use AI programs to develop your abilities.
The center will be open for walk-ins every Monday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. For dedicated one-on-one time from Tuesday to Friday, you can easily book an appointment.
