Welcome to the Bay Atlantic University, Washington D.C.!
We are so excited to welcome each of you in person to our campus! It will be great to see you all at the orientation for Spring 2026.
The upcoming orientation for new Spring Semester students will take place on January 13th at 10:15 AM, with check-in beginning at 9:30 AM. All new first-year students must participate in New Student Orientation to register for classes. During this orientation, you will meet with students, faculty, and staff, connect with your peers, become familiar with campus resources, and register for your first semester classes.
Student ID Card Information
All Bay Atlantic University students are required to obtain a university-issued Student ID card.
Photo Process:
Your Student ID photo will be taken in The Bay (1st Floor, Student Union) after you complete your mandatory training. Please note that we do not accept personal photo submissions and will not process Student IDs prior to training completion. Students must be physically present to have their photo taken and their ID processed.
International Students:
If you are currently outside the United States and unable to attend training in person, please email a copy of your travel itinerary (plane or train ticket) to [email protected] so we can make alternative arrangements.
ID Pickup:
Once your profile has been updated, you may pick up your Student ID from The Bay beginning TBD.
