Security Deposit Refund Policy:
Students must apply for the refund of their security deposit through MyBAU within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of check-out. Failure to submit a refund request within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the right to claim the security deposit. By not applying within the designated period, the student acknowledges and agrees in advance that they will waive any right or entitlement to make a future claim regarding the deposit.
