This collaboration integrates several impactful programs, including ROBI, ROSS, ADOBE, and MBSYEP, to provide comprehensive support and training for at-risk youth and other vulnerable populations.

Through the ROBI (Resident Owned Business Incubator) program, participants gain critical skills and mentorship in the burgeoning field of artificial intelligence, preparing them for high-demand careers in tech. ROSS (Reaching Out, Supporting Success) offers essential social services, helping individuals overcome barriers to employment and personal development. The ADOBE program delivers specialized training in digital tools, enabling participants to excel in creative and technical roles across various industries. Finally, the MBSYEP (Marion Barry Summer Youth Employment Program) provides hands-on work experience, connecting youth with local businesses and fostering professional growth.
