INSTITUTIONAL AGREEMENTS TUITION ASSISTANCE
Bay Atlantic University has established a wide range of institutional agreements with governments, embassies, government offices, NGOs, private companies, and other educational institutions (including Bahcesehir and Ugur Educational Institutions, Mentora College, etc.) that provide tuition assistance to eligible students. To determine if an agreement exists with your specific institution, you should consult with an admissions officer during the application process.
BAU Global
- BAU Global High Schools: Students from partnered high schools are eligible for tuition assistance that results in a per-credit cost of $158.75 for Bachelor’s programs.
- BAU Global Universities: All full-time, regular students (excluding study abroad) receive tuition assistance of $227.50 per credit for Bachelor’s students and $444.50 per credit for Master’s students.
- Mentora College: All students receive tuition assistance of $227.50 per credit for Bachelor’s programs and $444.50 per credit for Master’s programs. Additionally, the following specific offers apply:
- Spring 2026: All Mentora students continuing into a BAU degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and BAU alumni beginning a new degree program will receive special tuition assistance from the Board of Trustees, resulting in per-credit tuition rates of $357.50 for Bachelor’s programs (after $292.50 assistance) and $698.50 for Master’s programs (after $571.50 assistance).
- Summer 2026 Supported Tuition: Students who start their degree in Spring 2026 qualify for a one-time supported Summer 2026 tuition rate, which is $260 per credit for Bachelor’s programs (after $390 assistance) and $508 per credit for Master’s programs (after $762 assistance).
- Family: Dependents (immediate family) of alumni, students, and employees receive tuition assistance of $97.50 per credit for Bachelor’s students and $190.50 per credit for Master’s students.
Partnerships
- International Institutions: Students from partner international institutions are eligible for New Generation Tuition Assistance.

- Embassy Community: Tuition assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis, with an amount of $227.50 per credit for Bachelor’s students and $444.50 per credit for Master’s students. For domestic students, assistance is $325 per credit for Bachelor’s students and $635 per credit for Master’s students.
- Embassy Employees: Employees receive tuition assistance of $325 per credit for Bachelor’s students and $635 per credit for Master’s students.
- Other Local Organizations: Tuition assistance is available at $325 per credit for Bachelor’s students and $635 per credit for Master’s students. The tuition credit for Mentora students is $399.
- Embassies and Local Organizations:
- Study Abroad – Exchange Programs: Tuition assistance for these programs is determined by the specific agreement with the student’s home institution. All students are required to pay mandatory semester fees.
- UCO (France): Students who are nominated by the home university are fully covered at $650 per credit for Bachelor’s students and $1,270 per credit for Master’s students.
- BAU (Istanbul): A Tuition Assistance letter is issued that provides tuition assistance of $65 per credit for Bachelor’s students and $127 per credit for Master’s students. The assistance also includes coverage of semester fees, which are to be paid directly by the home institution.
- UniCollege: All students (excluding those nominated by the home universities) receive tuition assistance of $227.50 per credit for Bachelor’s students and $444.50 per credit for Master’s students.
- University of Finance & Economics (UFE Mongolia): All students receive tuition assistance of $227.50 per credit for Bachelor’s students and $444.50 per credit for Master’s students.
- OSSE Dual Enrollment: The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) provides $1,050 per student ($950 for tuition, $100 for books).
- Agencies: Tuition assistance is available through the New Generation Tuition Assistance program. Other tuition assistance amounts may be available, please check with your agency directly.
