Today, August 21, 2017, members of the BAU community were lucky to see the solar eclipse in Washington, D.C.! Students and staff joined crowds of people by the White House to watch the celestial event–through protective glasses, of course. The eclipse reached around 81% coverage in D.C. The closest area of totality was in Murphy, North Carolina.
