*Students’ families and friends will be able to attend in person with the limit of 3 guests per student. A Live Stream of the ceremony will also be available on BAU’s Facebook page.
ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE A VALID CODE TO ENTER THE FACILITY. The Access Code will be provided closer to the commencement ceremony date.
BAU GRADUATE STUDENT CHECKLIST
You will be required to complete the following steps before attending the BAU Commencement Ceremony 2026.

Complete Graduation Surveys and Forms
Surveys and forms to complete:
- Confirmation for Participation in the Commencement Ceremony – Due by April 5, 2026
- Faculty of the Year – Due by April 30, 2026
Complete Graduation and Pick Up Your Caps and Gowns
- Deadlines to pay graduation fees and pick up cap and gown: May 15th
- $200 graduation fee (non-refundable) will be applied, which covers your Cap & Gown for the ceremony. Please contact [email protected] to get support with any payments.
May 20: Attend the Graduation Rehearsal
The graduation rehearsal will take place at 12 pm on May 20th, 2026, at the BAU Campus, 9th-floor conference room. All graduating students are expected to attend.
May 22: Attend the Commencement Ceremony!
