Program Overview

Your journey at Bay Atlantic University begins with a curiosity about how businesses operate, and a passion for launching or contributing to business ventures. The program starts with a strong foundation in core business courses, including Managerial and Financial accounting, finance, marketing, operations, organizational behavior, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. Students then select concentrations from Economics, Finance, and Information Systems. Through these courses, students gain a comprehensive understanding of business theories and practices, equipping them with the knowledge and insight to navigate a diverse business environment.

Throughout the program, students will refine essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, oral and written communication, and decision-making. Case studies, group projects, presentations, and simulations are used in many courses to create practical learning experiences that mirror real-world business challenges and issues.

After graduation, students leave the program not only with a Bachelor of Arts degree but also with a global perspective of the business world and a wide range of skill sets and knowledge.  Whether launching their own ventures, joining multinational corporations, or pursuing graduate studies, alumni are well-prepared to contribute meaningfully to the global business world and communities wherever their path takes them.
