STUDENT HOUSING

BAU offers housing (Island Condos) to students located in the newly developing area of Washington, D.C., Brookland, which is less than 4 miles from campus. This housing option is available exclusively for BAU students and provides a variety of room types to suit your needs, including single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms, with prices ranging from $600 to $1,200 per month*. The fully furnished units come with free Wi-Fi, built-in LCD TVs in all common areas, and access to flat rooftop areas and outdoor patios. Security is a top priority with 24/7 security staff and cameras around the premises. There is also a student housing coordinator on-site to manage student conduct, security, and maintenance. Shuttle bus services run 3 times a day (8 AM, 1 PM, and 5 PM) between Island Condos and BAU Campus during the week, making commuting easy. Additionally, the housing is just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the Brookland-CUA and Rhode Island Metro Stations. With weekly cleaning services for common areas and bathrooms, Island Condos offers a safe and comfortable living environment perfect for BAU students.

SINGLE ROOM

The single room is designed for one tenant and includes:

  • one bed (day bed or terrace bed)
  • one nightstand and desk (with cable outlet)
  • a private en-suite bathroom
  • closet space for one person

For the 2025-2026 academic year:

→1 bed (Single): $1,200/month

DOUBLE ROOM

The double rooms can host up to two tenants. It includes:

  • two beds (bunk beds, day beds/terrace)
  • two nightstands and desks (with cable outlets)
  • an en-suite bathroom
  • closet space for two.

For the 2025-2026 academic year:

→Bunk bed: $900/month

→Day bed: $1,000/month

→Day bed (with private terrace or balcony): $1,100/month

TRIPLE ROOM

Our triple rooms can host up to three tenants. It includes:

  • three day beds (with drawers for extra storage)
  • two night stands
  • one large desk (with cable outlets)
  • a common bathroom
  • closet space for three.

For the 2025-2026 academic year:

→$700/month

QUADRUPLE ROOM

Our quadruple room hosts up to four tenants. It includes:

  • two bunk-beds
  • four nightstands, a large desk (with cable outlets)
  • a common bathroom
  • closet space for four.

For the 2025-2026 academic year:

→$600/month
