Dear BAU Community,

As we celebrate the end of an incredible year, I want to take the time to thank each of you for your dedication and hard work. Together, we’ve achieved important milestones, supported one another, and strengthened the Bay Atlantic University community.

Looking ahead to 2026, I am excited for the opportunities before us. We will continue to advance academic excellence, support innovative initiatives, and strengthen our global community. By fostering collaboration and embracing diverse perspectives, we aim to prepare our students and scholars to become thoughtful leaders who make a meaningful impact.

I wish you time to reflect on our achievements and the meaningful contributions each of you have made in our community. I am excited for the year ahead and the continued growth and success of Bay Atlantic University.

3rd Place at Dev Fest AI Hackathon!

Our students represented BAU with distinction at the DevFest 2025 Hackathon, earning third place for their innovative project. We are proud of their accomplishment and inspired by the example they set for future student innovators.

Bay Atlantic University launched three short-term, skill-focused certificate programs designed for career advancement and job-ready training: Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence Engineering.

Mentora Pre-College Pathway

To help high school students transition into college with confidence

Earlier this year we launched Pre-College Pathway Program through Mentora College. It strengthens English literacy through intensive ESL instruction, provides transferable BAU credits, and fulfills high school volunteering requirements.

Mentora Continuing Education

Life Skills, Business English, and Citizenship Prep

Through Mentora College ESL Program, offers Continuing Education programs to strengthen English skills and succeed in real-life situations. Courses in Life Skills, Business English, Citizenship preparation, and practical workshops to help students build confidence and proficiency.

CIGE & CEIH

We are nearing the grand opening of the Center for Innovation & Global Entrepreneurship (CIGE) and the Cyber Edge Innovation Hub (CEIH). These state-of-the-art facilities will provide students with tools, mentorship, and collaborative spaces to develop ideas, launch ventures, and build successful careers.

Writing & Skills Center

We recently opened the BAU Writing & Skills Center to provide students with support in writing, editing, grammar, vocabulary, research, and capstone projects. The center also offers help with pronunciation, speaking skills, and using AI tools.

This year, we celebrated a new partnership with the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS), marking a milestone in our commitment to global engagement and collaboration.
